Peres has been living with her grandmother ever since her mom passed away leaving her with her younger kid orphans, she shared her story to our Makanda Foundation and this is what she shared.
” Mom left us my younger kid and me while we were so young (2 years old). We didn’t manage to see our dad. Shosh has been there for me and my younger kid, and given that i cannot walk my Grandma has been the one carrying me from one place to another, even bathing she is the one who helps me in doing all that. Am now 20 years , and my grandmother keeps on complaining about chest pains and that makes her feel unwell now and then.Somebody had helped me with a wheelchair there before, but unfortunately that person came and took it because I couldn’t manage to pay for it. Am now stuck and my shosh is not in a position to get me one. ”
